Rainprove or Rainproof?

I mentioned the weather in my last post already, here are some pictures I took today, outside of my workplace in South Bank, when I wanted to go home... well, quite impossible as one was soaked after walking 10 meters. Isn't it supposed to be warm and sunny in Australia?
